My name is Insoo Hyun, and Indiana is my home. I grew up here — spending over 14 years from playing the trombone in the Culver Marching Band to playing JV Soccer for West Side. From elementary school all the way through college, Indiana shaped who I am.

I attended West Lafayette High School and went on to graduate from Purdue University with a degree in Software Engineering. Currently, I live in Downtown Indianapolis with my fiancée who is a Neurologist Resident at IU Health. My office is located in Fountain Square and I work 10-12 hours a day so you're welcome to stop by!

It started with frustration. When my parents needed to buy and sell our childhood home, there were no affordable options — they knew the process of buying or selling a home, but every agent charged the same amount regardless of our experiences or the cost of our home.

So I got licensed myself. Along the way, I discovered the real reason behind inflated commissions: agents do not know how to market themselves and instead pay obscene amounts of money to get their leads.

Our mission is to completely restructure how residential real estate transactions happen. We’re not here to drive agents out of business — in fact, I believe most first-time homebuyers should hire a really good agent.

Our goal is simply to provide everyone the Option to list on the market without paying extreme fees and having to sacrifice the quality of service.

My ultimate dream is to eventually make my service completely free.
