What we collect
We collect the information you provide to us, such as your address, name, phone number, and property details.
Why we collect it
We collect it just like how any agent would — because we need it to do the work. Listing your home, running comps, coordinating showings, etc.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate whether to work together, perform services such as Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), and list your property on the MLS. In the course of conducting business, we may also share your information with third parties — including but not limited to title companies, lenders, and other licensed real estate agents — as reasonably necessary to facilitate your transaction or refer you to appropriate services.
We do NOT sell your data
Your personal information is never sold to third parties. Period. No lead-selling, no data brokers, no shady business.
How we store & transfer it
Your data is transferred internally via secured network connections to and from MongoDB, and stored securely within MongoDB.
Your right to delete
You can ask us to delete your personal data whenever you'd like — just like you would ask any agent to delete your information. Just call or text us.
Right to use, share, or disclose your data
We reserve the right to use, share, disclose, or transfer your data as we deem necessary in the course of business — including but not limited to referrals to other agents, title companies, or third-party service providers.
